UIFTECH U280 scanner connector does not fit my 1996 VW Cabrio OBDII connector. Pins line up but U280 housing is a little more than 1/16th of an inch short on both ends. Per the scanner description and the booklet, it should work with all 1990 and later VW/Audi vehicles with OBDII connector. It doesn’t. Money wasted. I would give it a no star rating but that is not an option.

i have a 2002 vw jetta, this reader will not read my vehicle. Dont waste your money.
